Mobile apps

The shared member app is included with every license — your members sign in with your academy code, nothing to set up. Want your own branded apps under your name and icon in both stores? That's an optional add-on at $200.00 setup + $100.00/mo per app. Request them from your portal once you're in, and we publish and maintain them under your developer accounts.

Who do my members pay — you or me?

Your members pay you directly. Billing runs on your own Stripe account, so subscription revenue lands with you — we never take a cut of it.

Is each academy really isolated?

Yes. Every license runs its own containers with its own database, media storage, and job queue. Nothing is shared between instances.

Can I use my own branding and domain?

Yes — on every plan. Your logo, colors, custom domain, and email sender are all yours, at no extra cost. Your own branded iOS and Android apps are an optional paid add-on on top of that.

How do the mobile apps work?

Every plan includes the shared member app — members connect with your academy's code, and there's nothing to set up. Prefer your own store listings? Branded apps are an optional add-on on any plan, priced per app: we build, publish and maintain them under your own Apple and Google developer accounts. Ask us once you're set up and we'll take it from there.

How are updates and backups handled?

We take daily database backups and roll out version updates in waves. Our operators handle it — you never run a migration yourself.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically and you can cancel whenever you like — see our refund and cancellation policy for details.
