Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for The Web Panda subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time from your client portal, or by emailing support@thewebpanda.com from your account email.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your instances and Member access stay available until then.
- Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself refund the current period.
2. Refunds on a first purchase
If the Service is not working out, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of your initial purchase. We may ask what went wrong so we can improve, but the refund is not conditional on the answer.
3. Refunds on renewals
If you meant to cancel but were charged for a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it, provided the new period has not been materially used. Outside that window, refunds of renewal charges are at our discretion. We do not give partial or prorated refunds for time remaining in a billing period, except where the law requires it.
4. White-label app work
Fees for the white-label mobile app option cover preparation and publication work performed for you. Once that work has begun, those fees are non-refundable, even if the subscription itself is refunded or cancelled.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal charge fails, Stripe retries it and we may notify you. If payment is not received within a reasonable time we may suspend your instances until the account is settled, as described in the Terms of Service.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@thewebpanda.com from your account email with your business name and the receipt or invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; depending on your bank, they typically appear within 5–10 business days.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
